Broken Voice

Living in a country where girls are invisible is difficult. From a young age, I knew that I had to fight for my rights, but I never thought that one day I would be deprived of an education.

When the schools closed, I was in disbelief. Every day, I woke up and hoped that somehow, things would change. But no change came. The future I had dreamed of seemed out of reach.

For months, I stayed at home, and despair took over. But one day, I heard about the Women’s Empowerment Program. At first, I didn’t believe it was possible to study online, but when I attended my first class, I felt like I had come back to life.

Now, thanks to this program, not only do I study, but I help other girls find hope. We may have been banned from school, but no one can take our knowledge or our future away.
